1-Complete Noob: You are probably brand new to the game. You barely grasp the basic principles of the game.
2-Not great: You understand the idea of the game, and may or may not have even gone to the nether. Your builds are still basic dirt/stone boxes and you have no grasp of redstone.
3-Average: The most common skill level among the player base. May or may not have beaten the game, can at least find diamonds but very rarely. Not too good at building or redstone.
4-Above average: You are pretty decent at the game. You have been playing for a while, and are probably good at building or redstone. Probably not both.
5-Expert: You are definitely a veteran. Beaten the game countless times, and make fantastic builds/redstone contraptions. You have bragging rights.
6-Professional: You are an elite player, probably considered one of the best. You could easily fit into hermitcraft or the dream team.
3 or 4.
