9/10, make the ocean view a bit more sort of rich, maybe add a glass fence?

Add a bit more stuff at the front lawn and remember one thing: DO NOT USE IRON, GOLD, EMERALD, DIAMOND, OR ANY OTHER PRECIOUS BLOCK TO BUILD YOUR HOUSE! I know you haven't but lots of people make that mistake

Also, yes, some glass fences could make your coast house looks like a hotel resort

9.5 out of 10, i think if mabye you removed the higher grass surrounding it and put oak fences there and a oak stair to get up to the door and then a oak gate to get in , it would look kewl c:
