Ok so I recently found out that you can make custom skins for your character from either skindex or planet minecraft which is cool and I also learned about overlay and outer layers to give skin more details than just a flat skin but I noticed that some minecraft skins have the pixels exceed the outer layer limit which makes it even cooler but how exactly do they do it?

I can't upload my own skin (like from skinseed) onto minecraft (bedrock/pocket edition). It has always worked and now the button has just, well, DISAPPEARED! Any help/suggestions?
