Wolf

Kind of like the Piglin brute but for wolves. Is slightly bigger, rarer, has more health, and does more damage. And is always aggressive.

1 - Different Species

Ight. So loads of people spoke about how cool it`d be to have different species of dog like Huskies, German Shepards, Dachshunds etc, But what about wolf species? Like there`s red wolves, maned wolves, arctic wolves and more :D!

Why not, like the fox, in different territories be different wolves?

2 + 3 - More Bois and Tour Guides

I had no better title for this. So, my point is, that dogs and wolves be in different categories like Cats and Ocelots were.

Dogs could be found when you`re approaching a naturally generated structure

( But still really far away ) - Perhaps, If you tame the dog, It`ll lead you to any of it`s corresponding structures if you`re within like- 500 blocks of the naturally generated structure.

4 - Collars

I know, When you tame wolves they automatically gain collars, but what if you could craft them yourself?

Why is this an idea? Because it could be a good way to name your dogs without name tags.

How I think this could work is that you could border the crafting table with string but the bottom square is a sign.

Like if you wanted to open a door or craft something, you do the same for a collar and it gives you a thing. However, you need to have something like shears or a sword as if you were carving the name into the sign!

Like an Iron pickaxe is needed to mine most ores, an Iron sword could be sacrificed to carve a name onto your dog`s collar!

5 - Dog Whistles

Don`t tell me your dog never died to an armor with thorns when you accidentally hit your friend, or they died to a mob when you sent your dog at them instead of you because your health was so low.

Anyway, onto the point.

With dog whistles, you could call your dog to you immediately.

When you blow on a dog whistle, you dog stops whatever it`s doing and teleports to you! :>

So i walking with my dogs and suddenly they all looked up at something but nothing was there and I could sit and stand them but they wouldn’t move I tried pushing them but I walked right through them and they still didn’t move so I walked home and they didn’t teleport so I walked back and they were still there then I left the game and rejoined and they were normal except 1 was missing and I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find her so I just assumed it was a weird glitch but then a few days later the same thing happened and when I left and rejoined another one was missing so idk what’s going on someone please help

So I was trying to make a balcony for my Minecraft house and then my dog (Ivy) teleported to me and I tried to get her back inside but then she jumped off the balcony and landed on a campfire and died. Then about a week later I was exploring an abandoned mine when a bunch of gravel suffocated me and my dog (duke) and we both died. Then yesterday I was walking with my dog (molly) through a village and I was trading a villager and I accidentally hit him and molly attacked him then the iron golem chased us and killed molly. So now I lost all my dogs :(
