No. The only way to get mods on Bedrock is via the Minecraft Marketplace and add-ons. Otherwise it's just Java that can get mods.

I think 1 way you could do that would be with Mods. HOWEVER, that uses up a lot of RAM so you would need tons of RAM to fill up 4.6 TB using mods. Also, not all mods work with each other
