Windows 10
Android & iOS
Xbox One & PlayStation 4
Nintendo Switch
And maybe others

Bedrock and pocket edition are the same thing. If you have a Windows 10 computer, then, yes you can. If you have a Mac like me, however, you cannot.

Changed my mind since then. My favorite is definitely WorldEdit.
It depends what your definition of useful is. In the chat menu, there is a button that says “/“ which has some useful commands, such as teleport, world spawn, time of day, and something else that I can’t remember.
Windows 10 can, Java can’t :/
