So I was playing my creative world (Java) and I just dug to bedrock and jumped in the void for no reason. I had night vision on because and when I went down there my entire inventory was like black and when I died the words were all like black and eerie I haven't jumped in the latest release for a while since the smp i play on is in 1.16 so can someone let me know if this is something that just regularly happens. So I'm trying to download Minecraft bedrock edition but it said I needed a pin so I made a whole another account for the computer and got a pin but when I go back to the regular account that isn't my Microsoft account and I try to sign into the store it says the pin that I used is incorrect even though it works everywhere else if anyone has any information or you if can just give me the Microsoft helpline or email cuz I can't find those either it would be greatly appreciated

this might not be the right place to put it but I need help regarding trying to download Minecraft. so I have Java and I'm trying to get bedrock so I can play with my friends. I bought it on the page, I went to the Minecraft website click the Windows 10 edition on the PC and then it brought me to the Microsoft store web page I bought it there but to download it I need to go to the Microsoft store app and I'm not signed in at the Microsoft store. So when I tried to sign in it said I needed a pin and I never got a pin since the time I created the account was through mobile. I followed the instructions to try to change the pin except I'm not the administrator on the PC in the settings so I can't change my PIN so I was wondering if anyone knew what to do any help would be appreciated if you need me to elaborate I can respond with more details.

So I just restarted my computer powered off and powered it back on it's going to take a little bit to come back in
