Chiseled stone bricks are a special type of stone brick. They can commonly be found in jungle temples and the basements of igloos. They can also be crafted as of snapshot 14w02b. Stonemason villagers will sell chiseled stone bricks for an emerald.

Overview[]

The chiseled stone brick is a naturally generated block that can be found in jungle temples and in the basements of igloos. Levers are generated on these blocks to create a 'combination lock'. The chiseled stone brick has three gray squares on each side. The gray squares get smaller and smaller as they get closer to the center of the side. Chiseled stone bricks don't have a picture of a mob on it, unlike chiseled sandstone and chiseled red sandstone blocks.

  • Chiseled stone bricks are currently only used as decoration.
  • In older versions of Minecraft, "Chiseled Stone Bricks" were originally called "Decorative Stone Bricks."
  • There is only 3 chiseled stone bricks in a jungle temple.
