A honey bottle is a food item obtainable from using a glass bottle on a beehive or can be crafted with one honey block and four empty glass bottles.

Source[]

Right-clicking on a bee nest or beehive at honey level 5 with an empty glass bottle will give you 1 honey bottle. Be careful, however, as doing this will anger any the bees inside or near the block unless there is a lit campfire within 5 blocks underneath it without obstruction.

Mechanics[]

Restores 6 hunger points, gives saturation, and cures poison. It can be used to craft sugar and honey blocks.
