Tinted Glass is a new decorative block that is planned to be added in the 1.17 update. It was added in the 20w45a snapshot. Unlike regular glass blocks, light does not travel through tinted glass, leaving the area behind it darker. It can be mined and picked back up without a Silk Touch pickaxe. Tinted glass cannot be dyed. This block can be crafted with four amethyst shards and a glass block. It currently cannot be made into Tinted Glass Panes, and it is currently unknown if it will ever be able to.
